In our Business Problem Series, we tackle challenges big and small with proactive technical solutions. Today we're talking about scheduling.
We all waste tons of time emailing back and forth with people asking about our availability. Some even have executive assistants so that they don't have to spend time trying to figuring out a time to meet.
We also pay for these Microsoft 365 licenses and with applications that we could be utilizing, yet we aren't. Many of us are using Microsoft 365 for email, maybe a little bit of Teams, maybe a little OneDrive, SharePoint, etc. But there are other applications that will help us streamline our workflow and manage our time more efficiently.
So our challenge is how do we eliminate this back and forth and get what we need without having to spend more money on more applications and adding a whole bunch of new complexity?
Microsoft Bookings. It's within Microsoft 365 and chances are, you're already paying for it as part of your Microsoft 365 subscription.
It allows you to send your availability to anybody inside OR outside your company. They can just book a meeting with you. You don't need the back and forth. You don't even need an assistant. You just get it done.
